We completed the first phase of the Colina Lac residential development on a 3‑hectare plot, delivering 112 homes together with full infrastructure: roads, utility networks, a deep-water well, a wastewater treatment plant, and a rainwater collection and filtration system. We built green areas, playgrounds, visitor parking spaces, and promenades leading to the lake. The project is being developed in stages and will exceed 400 homes upon completion, across approximately 30 hectares, including dedicated community facilities.
