He currently oversees the company’s operational activity, contributing to portfolio development and the implementation of efficient, market‑driven solutions. His involvement spans execution, operational optimization, and strategic partnerships.

A graduate of the “Ion Mincu” University of Architecture and Urban Planning, Patricia is an architect interested in the relationship between architecture, community, and urban development, involved in the coordination of complex multidisciplinary projects. Her work spans a wide range of fields, from residential developments and educational spaces to healthcare, industrial, and urban regeneration projects, developed both within Concelex and through the architecture and engineering office Quadratum Architecture.

Adrian is a senior executive with nearly 30 years of experience in leadership and management roles across multinational, publicly listed, and privately owned companies. His background spans construction, energy, telecommunications, IT, aviation, and courier services with strong expertise in corporate governance, business development, digital and strategic transformation. He holds academic degrees in engineering and business, and an Executive MBA and Master of Arts in advanced training in board practice and directorship from leading American and British universities.

Bianca Vişan has been leading the Concelex financial department since 2004, efficiently managing the integrity of the company’s assets. Bianca oversees all financial-accounting activity and is also in charge of liaising with financial institutions and state authorities.

Passionate and results-driven leader with extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects and multidisciplinary teams.

Vali has coordinated complex developments, spanning the nuclear energy sector, the rehabilitation of cultural venues, and the delivery of sports facilities. His experience also includes large-scale initiatives in educational infrastructure, reflecting a consistent focus on technical depth and project diversity.

With over 20 years of experience in coordinating large-scale infrastructure projects, from metro lines to bridge and viaduct rehabilitation, Ginel brings a strong operational and leadership perspective to his work at Concelex. Together with the teams he leads, he has developed the residential thermal rehabilitation segment, delivering tangible improvements in energy efficiency and quality of life for local communities.

Andrei is an experienced manager with a strong background in overseeing operations and complex construction projects across civil works, infrastructure, and public buildings. At Concelex, he focuses on initiatives that improve productivity, optimize resources, and streamline operational processes. His career includes leadership roles within major Romanian construction companies, where he managed large project portfolios and multidisciplinary teams.

A high performance professional with an impressive track record in infrastructure and construction, Camelia has an extensive portfolio of projects, including significant contributions to the rehabilitation and construction of national roads, bridges, highways, airports and non-residential buildings.

A graduate of the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest, Elena has over 35 years of experience in the construction sector. She joined Concelex 14 years ago, during which time she has successfully coordinated and managed tendering processes for complex projects, fostering a working environment that balances technical rigor with strong interpersonal relationships.

With over 15 years of experience in tendering for public-sector civil construction projects, Oana manages complex technical and financial proposal processes at Concelex for large-scale developments. Her professional background also includes leading technical departments, providing her with an integrated perspective on projects, from technical solutions to bid optimization.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the construction sector, Nicu brings a strong blend of technical expertise and leadership to tendering processes. His background includes leading multidisciplinary teams and working on complex projects, ranging from public and private investments to hydropower plants, wind farms, and transport infrastructure across Europe and Africa.

An accomplished senior professional backed by over 20 years of experience within the construction and energy industries, Diana brings a strong track record in business performance management. Her background includes overseeing procurement budgets of over EUR 50 mn and CAPEX of EUR 8 mn. She holds extensive project and process expertise, with proven results at both national and international level.

A graduate of the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest, Faculty of Civil and Industrial Engineering, Alexandra has over 30 years of experience within the company. Throughout her career, she has held several leadership roles, including 15 years coordinating the tendering and cost control departments.

Gina oversees Human Resources activities at Concelex, with a focus on attracting, integrating and developing the people who drive the company forward. Through a structured, results-oriented approach, she aligns HR processes with business objectives and organizational culture, contributing to a stable, high-performing and fair working environment. Close to the teams and attentive to the organization’s real needs, Gina turns HR challenges into practical and sustainable solutions.

Andrei has been part of the Concelex team for over a decade, coordinating the company’s IT strategy and infrastructure. Responsible for cybersecurity, operational continuity and continuous alignment with current technologies, he ensures the reliability of systems under complex operational demands.

With nearly 20 years of experience in media, communication, and marketing, Andrada has developed and implemented reputation and brand strategies for leading companies in Romania, across sectors such as finance, construction, energy, and HoReCa. She has worked both in in‑house roles and as a PR agency consultant. A trained economist, Andrada also holds an EMBA from WU Executive Academy.

Mona leads Concelex’s legal function, bringing solid expertise in construction law, real estate, and corporate law. In this role, she focuses on identifying pragmatic and balanced legal solutions tailored to the company’s business needs. With extensive experience in complex projects and international organizations, Mona supports risk management and the company’s ongoing development.

At Concelex, Carmen oversees the integrated management system covering quality, environment, and health and safety, while also ensuring the maintenance of ISO certifications and the authorization of activities in highly regulated sectors, including nuclear and railway infrastructure. Through her work, she plays a key role in supporting project delivery under the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Cristian leads the MEP Competence Center at Concelex and brings over 15 years of experience in technical consultancy, management, and the implementation of building services for complex critical infrastructure projects, including hospitals, airports, ice rinks, and administrative buildings. His background includes optimizing technical solutions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and managing execution in line with the highest industry standards.
