We are building a student dormitory for the West University of Timișoara, a S+Gf+4F+partial 5F building providing 902 accommodation places across 451 rooms, including units designed for people with disabilities. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, climate‑control system, refrigerator, and complete furniture. The dormitory includes underground parking for cars and motorcycles, surface parking areas, dedicated bicycle storage, study and co‑working spaces, as well as a dining area of more than 1,000 square meters.
