The project for the “Mihai Eminescu” building within the Bucharest University of Economic Studies involves extensive structural consolidation, full rehabilitation and functional reconfiguration works delivered by Concelex. Spanning more than 14,000 sqm, the building integrates modern classrooms, seminar rooms, amphitheaters, laboratories, research centers and administrative areas, all supported by a comprehensive digital infrastructure. The project includes complete furnishing and the installation of over 700 computers, 88 video projectors and interactive whiteboards, alongside sound systems and electronic information panels. Together, these upgrades shape a contemporary academic environment aligned with the current needs of higher education.
