We are constructing two student dormitories for the West University of Timișoara, in Ghiroda, projects currently under development aimed at expanding the university’s accommodation infrastructure in western Romania. Upon completion, the buildings will provide 324 accommodation places and a combined gross floor area of over 10,500 sqm. The projects include study rooms, co‑working spaces, multifunctional areas for sports and recreational activities, outdoor terraces, as well as parking facilities for cars and bicycles. The dormitories are designed to meet current standards and to support academic life and the student community.
