We are developing the “Novum Forum” Scientific and Technological University Park in Livezeni, Mureș County, a complex project that integrates a technological and business incubator (new building C4) and a university clinical hospital, delivered through the rehabilitation, modernization and extension of the existing buildings C1, C2 and C3. The works include structural strengthening, connecting walkways, extensions with variable height regimes, medical‑technical infrastructure, energy platforms and full site development. The hospital will provide 172 beds and will integrate medical, academic and administrative functions.
