We are carrying out structural strengthening, rehabilitation and modernization works at the Dacia‑Romania Palace, a listed historical monument located in central Bucharest. The intervention aims to improve seismic safety and energy performance, while preserving and restoring the building’s valuable architectural elements. The project includes the consolidation of foundations, structural walls and slabs, the restoration of façades and decorative details, the refurbishment of artistic components, and the full modernization of building systems. The works are being delivered in a dense urban context with significant technical constraints, with the objective of returning the building to the city’s cultural circuit.
