Dâmbovița Administrative Palace, a landmark building consisting of a 9-story tower and a 4-story wing, with a total built-up area of 6,200 square meters. The project includes structural reinforcement, foundation and slab upgrades, installation and equipment modernization, and comprehensive energy efficiency improvements. Interior spaces will be fully renovated, while the parking area, pedestrian paths, and green spaces will be redesigned—reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, and transforming the building into a modern, sustainable administrative hub.
