We built the Orhideea Gardens complex, a project that integrates residential and hospitality functions within a single urban development.
The residential component comprises five apartment buildings, with two underground levels and 12 above‑ground floors, totaling 375 apartments and 408 parking spaces.
The complex is complemented by a building dedicated to the hospitality sector, which includes hotel rooms and leisure facilities such as a swimming pool and a SPA area. The total built area of the complex is approximately 60,200 sqm.9
