We are constructing the new building of the “Sf. Apostol Andrei” Emergency Clinical Hospital in Constanța, a 3B+Gf+8F+technical 9F structure with a total built area of over 42,000 sqm. The facility will include 350 beds, 9 operating rooms and 6 delivery rooms, serving pediatrics, neonatology, pediatric surgery‑orthopedics and obstetrics‑gynecology. We are integrating specialized emergency care, a full outpatient unit, pediatric rehabilitation, parental accommodation and education areas, radiology, laboratory services, a central pharmacy and university spaces. The building also includes extensive support infrastructure: sterilization, biberon room, disinfection, morgue, logistics, storage, staff facilities, underground parking and a civil protection shelter.
