We are developing the “nZEB Housing for Young Professionals” residential complex, a modern and energy‑efficient project located in Sector 5 of Bucharest, dedicated to young professionals in the healthcare and education sectors. The development comprises six residential buildings with a total of 180 apartments, featuring a S+Gf+5F height regime, underground and surface parking, civil defense shelters and dedicated technical spaces. Designed in compliance with nZEB (nearly Zero‑Energy Building) standards, the project integrates high‑performance thermal insulation and sustainable construction solutions, ensuring low energy consumption and a comfortable, safe and environmentally responsible living environment.
