About This Project

The current building, designed and built in the ‘1960s, will benefit, among others, from the rehabilitation of the building structure, thermal insulation of facades and floors, modernization of the ventilation and sanitary installation, restoration of interior and exterior finishes and replacement of elevators. The building will also be equipped with solar panels that, providing a renewable energy source.
