The project consists of residential buildings and a hospitality building with leisure facilities. The residential complex includes 5 blocks with flats, 2 levels underground and 12 floors overground, having 375 apartments and 408 parking lots. The hospitality building includes hotel rooms and leisure facilities: swimming pool, SPA. Overall built area: 60,200 sqm.
