The new centre will include 8 operating theatres, 2 dedicated plastic surgery rooms, 22 intensive care beds, 10 beds for critical patients and 16 beds for major burn cases, bringing essential pediatric treatment capabilities together in one place.

]]> Alba Iulia County Emergency Hospital will span 8,076 square meters across five floors and include a heliport. Connected to the existing Oncology Department via a skybridge, the facility will feature 100 beds and dedicated areas for inpatient, day-care, and outpatient services focused on oncology and interventional cardiology. The project also includes a specialized outpatient clinic with 4 consultation rooms, 4 treatment rooms, a reception area, and support spaces. The building will be powered by renewable energy sources, including photovoltaic and solar panels, heat recovery systems, heating and cooling batteries, and a Building Management System (BMS) to optimize HVAC, lighting, and low-voltage energy consumption.

]]> We carried out rehabilitation, structural strengthening and restoration works at the Bacău Administrative Palace, a Class A listed historical monument, Importance Category I. The intervention focused on restoring valuable architectural elements and returning the building to its historical appearance, alongside the structural consolidation required to ensure safety and stability. We applied solutions fully compatible with the original structure, including masonry reinforcement using fiberglass meshes and hydraulic lime-based mortars. The project also included energy-efficiency upgrades and the modernization of building systems, carefully integrated to preserve the monument’s architectural character.

The residential component comprises five apartment buildings, with two underground levels and 12 above‑ground floors, totaling 375 apartments and 408 parking spaces.

The complex is complemented by a building dedicated to the hospitality sector, which includes hotel rooms and leisure facilities such as a swimming pool and a SPA area. The total built area of the complex is approximately 60,200 sqm.9
