Concelex is founded as a family-owned General Contractor

1998

Completed Continental Hotel in Portile de Fier area

1999

Completed the University Complex in Cernica, an integrated campus for higher education

2000

Upgraded the headquarters and showroom of renowned furniture manufacturer Elvila

2003

Granted certification from Romanian National Commission for Nuclear Activities Control

2005-2009

Built 32 of the 84 BILLA stores nationwide

2008

Delivered Orhideea Gardens, a large luxury residential compound in central-western Bucharest

Co-founder of Green Building Council – Romanian branch

2011

Completed Constanta’s largest retail center – Maritimo Shopping Center

2012

Completed waste water treatment plants in Sf. Gheorghe and Slatina

Obtained NATO Codification System allowing us to carry out construction works in the military sector

2015

Completed National Institute of Materials Physics in Magurele

2018

Developed Arbo Residence, a large residential compound in Mogosoaia, comprising 1,000+ units and a gross built area of ~100,000 sqm

2020

Completed the new Steaua and Rapid stadiums (+45,000-seat capacity)

Delivered Colina Lac, a project featuring premium lake houses in northern Bucharest

Certified by Allcot Group as the first and only carbon-neutral general contractor in Romania

2021

We finalized the first phase of the Parcului 20 residential complex, developed by Cordia Romania.

2022

We acquired a company specializing in road infrastructure works, expanding our expertise and execution capacity in this segment.

2023

We finalized the second phase of the Parcului 20 residential complex, marking the final handover of the entire project (nearly 500 apartments in total).

2024

We finalized two complex strategic infrastructure projects — the International Departures Terminal of “Traian Vuia” International Airport in Timișoara and the Bârlad Ringroad.

2025

We completed the works at the “Mihai Eminescu” building within the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, which involved extensive structural consolidation, full rehabilitation and functional reconfigurations.
